Good Afternoon Mr. Hawkins,

First of all, I want to thank you for every thing.  This is more than a blessing for my daughter and I.  When I relocated to Charlotte 4 years ago, I told my Aunt that I was going to buy a home here one day.  When, I called her yesterday to tell her about my blessing, she reminded me of that conversation and told me that my mom (her sister) would be so very proud of me.  That made me remember a conversation my mother and I had many years ago.  My mom never had the opportunity to buy a home.  She had excellent credit but did (day work) cleaning for residential homes.  She told me I'll never have a home in my life time,  but you will!  You have the chance and the opportunity to do so.  I have worked in residential financing for 21 years and not once felt that I could buy a home either.  Well, because of you and what your doing for the Lord's people, you have broken the chain in my immediate family and my daughter who is a freshman in college, will have her first home by the time she graduates from college and begin working in her field of Occupational Therapy.  And one day my grandchildren will be home owners too.  Just because, you helped break the chain in my life. 

Thank you  Mr. Hawkins.  Thank you so very much.  I tell you, God is truly going to bless you and your investor.  Just because of your commitment to His people who just need that opportunity to get it right.  Like that little "Mustard Seed".  Just having a little bit of faith in people and knowing that all of us are not bad people.  We are just living life and sometimes we make mistakes that have a domino affect in our lives and all we need is that one chance to get back up and get it right once and for all. 

{Sorry, I am just so happy about the changes that are happening in my life and the relationship I have begun to develop with the Lord.  I am listening now and talking to Him on a regular and He really hears me and is continuing to bless me anyhow.  Boy do I have a testimony to share one day}
